All services are strategic and educational in nature.

They do not constitute:

  • Financial, investment, or tax advice

  • Legal advice

  • Medical, mental health, or therapeutic services

  • Coaching, counselling, or employment placement

  • Guarantees of outcome, role changes, compensation, or employment

All decisions remain your sole responsibility.

Strategic input reflects professional judgment based on experience and pattern recognition, not guarantees or predictions.

3. Digital courses

When you purchase a digital course:

Access:

  • Access is granted immediately or within 24 hours of purchase

  • Access is personal and non-transferable

  • You may not share login credentials or course materials with others

License:

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal use only

  • Materials may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or resold

  • You may not use course content for commercial purposes without written permission

Duration:

  • Unless otherwise stated, course access is provided for lifetime access OR six (6) months from the date of purchase (specify based on your business model)

  • 30-minute follow-up call (3-4 weeks later)

High-Stakes Advisory (Price on request)

  • Min 6 week strategic engagement

  • Multiple sessions and comprehensive strategic plan

  • Ongoing support as situation evolves

  • Custom scope based on situation

4.3 Service conditions

Strategic advisory services:

  • Are based solely on the information you provide

  • Reflect professional judgment, not factual verification

  • Are limited to the scope purchased

We do not guarantee:

  • Outcomes, results, or success

  • Agreement with recommendations

  • Career, financial, or reputational outcomes

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in CHF.

  • Prices shown at time of purchase apply to that transaction

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time for future purchases

  • Price changes do not affect purchases already completed

Payment processing:

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe

  • You must provide accurate billing information

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase (except monthly recurring services)

Failed payments:

  • If a recurring payment fails, access to services may be suspended

  • We will attempt to contact you to resolve payment issues

  • Access will be restored once payment is completed

5.1 Credit policy:

  • Decision Reality Checks (CHF 150) provide CHF 150 credit toward any advisory service

  • Credit must be applied within 6 months of Reality Check purchase

  • Credit is non-transferable and has no cash value

5.2 Free tools

Free tools are provided for informational purposes only.

No guarantees are made regarding:

  • Accuracy

  • Applicability to your situation

  • Completeness

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free tools at any time.

6. Refund policy

6.1 Digital courses

Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales of digital courses are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered once:

  • Access has been granted

  • Course content has been accessed or downloaded

  • Login credentials have been provided

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

6.2 Strategic decision support services

  • Non-refundable once intake questionnaire has been completed

  • Refunds prior to intake at our discretion

  • Refundable before first checkpoint is accessed

  • Non-refundable once any checkpoint content has been viewed

6.3 Exceptional circumstances

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., service not delivered due to our error, technical failure preventing access), we may offer:

  • Service re-delivery

  • Credit toward future services

  • Refund at our sole discretion

Dissatisfaction with recommendations or disagreement with strategic judgment is not grounds for refund.

7. Intake data and confidentiality
